Plastic-free packaging

Wherever possible, we use plastic-free, recyclable or compostable packaging. We also reuse materials in our warehouse to cut down waste even further.

Sample loan library

To avoid unnecessary production, we run a project sample lending service. Designers can borrow fittings, test them on site, then return them. It reduces over-ordering and keeps materials out of landfill.

Shipping with lower impact

Every order goes out with DHL Green as standard, which offsets delivery emissions. We also encourage slow, consolidated shipping so we keep transport to a minimum and reduce our freight footprint.

Energy-efficient lighting support

We help clients select fittings that offer long life, LED efficiency and modular construction. This means lower energy use and fewer products being replaced over time.

Working Towards B Corp

We’re actively working towards B Corp certification. This involves improving how we operate across governance, staff wellbeing, environmental tracking, responsible customer support and supplier selection. It’s shaping how we make long-term decisions, from the brands we bring on to how we manage the business each day.

Travel with intent

For meetings and site visits, we choose public transport when possible. It keeps our day-to-day carbon footprint low.
